Doing the right thing is the best thing, the Pastor controls the congregation. Being a Christian for over 50 yrs. and wanting to be a part of the body of Christ at a local church but being told I’m bragging at being saved at a particular Calvary 50 yrs ago. Being told not to sing Keith Green songs as well is unheard of. My husband also just had a heart attack, and the 1st yrs ago, now needs a triple bypass. We tried to help anyway we could, by washing dishes, and trying out for worship team. Not one call from the Pastor to see how we are, and he as well is a heart patient himself. We have no family here, but our former church reached out to us. The body of Christ are good people there, but the Pastor is spoiled. It’s about time Christians speak out regarding some churches that control and integrate by trying to use Gods word to not question authority. Paul spoke out to warn believers of others being on a power trip. I was told not to brag, well it caused severe stress on us, never an apology or others asking why we left? It’s about time Pastors and leaders also repent in these end times

Finally found a church that delivers uncompromising Biblical truth. Pastor JK is one of the most amazing individuals who from the pulpit, takes you into a journey every Sunday and applies God’s law to our everyday scope. I love this church. The neighborly compassion and friendly atmosphere is true and sincere. The musical entourage is vibrant and easy to view words are shot on the forward walls for singing along with.

Numerous programs and prayer applications here for everyone. Fantastic church with a positive vibe! Come for a visit; you’ll certainly want to come back!

Pastor “JK” is a very thought provoking minister who uses humor to bring alive the truths found in the pages of scripture. I felt a warm welcoming atmosphere among the parishioners. I’ve seen the church grow out of the small dance studio into their own building and now they are expanding by building a new youth compound. So happy to see that God is blessing this church ministry!

First, my husband and I have attended Calvary Chapel of Sahuarita since 2006. Pastor, Joonho Kim, faithfully stays within the Calvary Church Doctrine: The Bible is God’s Word and it’s the Absolute Truth and Final Authority. There are various Bible Studies going on throughout the week for a person’s learning and edification.
Second, we are a church that likes to have a nice, fun time through various church activities such as picnics, fellowship, youth Christian concerts, and game day, just to name a few.
Third, the Church is a very caring and welcoming place of Worship. We pray for the needs of anyone who come to our church seeking God’s Grace, Mercy, Love, and Salvation.
