Man, Cafe Rio has always been my favorite. But this restaurant and it's employees have really gone down hill this last year. Extremely long wait times even when not busy and given the wrong items in multiple orders over the last several months. I don't even trust ordering on the app anymore because it is never correct. Don't even think about asking to have it corrected or you will be in there for an additional 30+ minutes. Literally the worst customer service. They have officially lost my service after 9 years or regularly eating her several times a month. Today was the last.

I usually love Cafe Rio, but this location made me uncomfortable because it was so dirty everywhere, and I mean everywhere, including the restrooms. Staff were complacent and eating in between taking orders. They left a huge mess where they ate and didn't clean it up, so why would they care about the rest of the restaurant. I have been to many locations, and some are exceptional. However, this one goes to the bottom of my list. I will not be eating here again. I don't trust that they care enough about following food handling safety, especially if you can see how they take care of the areas that ppl can see. The taste of the food was different from the rest. Not as fresh and slapped together without a care. The restaurant also had an unpleasant odor around the drink station.

I generally like Cafe Rio but strongly recommend against going in there to pick up/dine in. You can wait in line and they will keep prioritizing online orders that come in, clearly after you came and stood in line. Happened to me twice in a row in one month, so it seems like that’s their process - ignore the people who already made the effort to walk in. Maybe if people stop going in for pickup they will lose enough business and pay attention. Oh also - same price but 60% of the meat than before.

First time at this location.

Stopped here while traveling with 7 youth (14 - 18 in age / male & female) on the way to visit Seattle University. The total cost, including entrées, beverage, tax, tip, and my meal, was $126.

The location was extremely clean, with a staff member constantly clearing and cleaning tables.

All the youth found something they wanted to eat. From a Vegi Salad -to- Steak Burrito.
Having chicken, pork, beef, and vegi (all in one place) was very helpful for me as the driver.
It was nice to have large tables to sit at as well.

I will return!!

Edit: Against my better judgement I gave it another try. All 3 meals from the order were incorrect. Again we did not receive lettuce in one of the salads we bought. Also missed dressings and missing cheese on the tortillas. They also didn't see our online order come in and it was not ready for us. It's not clear if management is really letting them know of the issues since it's been less than a week and the same problems are happening.

The last few time (3) I ordered from here, there was always something missing. I took a break from eating here because of the inaccuracies. Decided to give it another try because my reward points were going to expire.

This time's experience was no different. I ordered 2 salads. One of the salads was missing the lettuce completely. We did not receive the dressings for the salads either.

They did however do a good job at putting things on the side when requested.

Not sure why this location doesn't have a better rating. I've had nothing but good experiences here.

The prices arn't cheap, but they're reasonable for what you get! I mean, the portions are BIG!!! My orders usually turn into a two-meal excursion.

The service has always been good every time I patron.

COVID precautions were in place each time I patroned.

I used the bathroom once and everything was tip top as far as I can tell in regards to cleanliness.

I've been here several times and always have a good experience and the food is always DELICIOUS!

First time in and we will be back. Passed it many times and always see lots of customers. Finally visited. Their big monitor showing from harvest of ingredients to preparation of them, they pay attention to every detail. Setup like Subway you interact with your food artist to customize your meal. Everything was delicious. They have bottles of many hot sauces at their drink and eating utensil table. Their selection of soft drinks is good. They have 4 custom beverages as well as 2 ice tea drinks. I loved the Horchata
