Great organization for information, training and resources for people experiencing blindness or visual impairments. Serving babies through senior citizens. Best to phone ahead to make an appointment to meet with someone about your needs. There is a front desk associate who is very knowledgeable and able to answer general questions. Entrance is on the first floor, wheel chair accessible with a secure door. You will need to use the intercom to the left of the door to gain entry. Parking in a lot or on the street in front of the building . Metro Bus stop in front of the building too . Close to Eden Park on Reading Rd.

The staff are patient and kind. They really make the entire experience go as smoothly as possible. You will spend about 2hrs here but the devices they have for the visually impaired are well worth it!

I visited the Cincinnati association for the blind to see if there were volunteer opportunities and was greeted by a very welcoming and pleasant front desk staff. Who gave me the information that I required. And although I am not a customer of the service I was very pleasantly impressed with them.

Helpful for the most part. The best staff has started to retire. President of the Association doesn't take big deal complaints seriously and blames the impaired person for any issues they experience. The board should really consider replacing him and a few other people. The under paid staff cares most about the community.

My Mother lost her eyesight to macular degeneration. She used the association in the beginning to help her use magnifying glasses and technology and Talking Books. They taught her how to use an iPad to email so she could stay in touch with friends and family and use the internet to find out about her flowers or how to take care of her cat. She was a vibrant and inspiring woman. She enjoyed reading with the talking books for decades and when her vision was gone she still could read and talk about what she read. They helped her keep her sanity until she died at the age of 99. She was always grateful for the assistance they provided. I can’t thank them enough.

I have low vision the peo at the Cincinnati Association for the blind or very helpful to help me overcome and deal with my situation help me keep my independence with counseling services and training to help me continue and go forward I am very grateful for the Cincinnati Association for the blind.

I love what you do for the military and what you're about but the 2" adhesive tape you make (ASTM D4586 Type IV Class 1) is worthless. The adhesive won't stick to anything other than itself (on the sticky side), and it's by far the worst tape of this type I've used. I've tried to use it on multiple applications here in the field and around the company and have yet to find a surface it will adhere to. I guess I'll buy some tape at Walmart instead of utilizing my unit supply. Please take a look at this and improve your product.

Went to Christmas party last year with grandkids had a good time this year because of vivid they had a drive thru event we couldn't get out the car but everyone hit it off Santa was therefore bags,water,etc had crafts home made play doh coffee and cocoa for adults and they even sang Christmas songs with the kids in the car.thankyou for not letting Co vid stop you for doing things for the kids and families they even gave me a small gift for being the care giver that was thoughtful.
