I paid $2600 for work that didn’t pass city code enforcement Inspection. I am now doing the work myself so it gets done correctly. This has to be the worst plumbing business in town. Adrian claims to be a professional plumber, but was never on the job site. Pull a permit with the city and then once he did, his work didn’t come close to passing inspection. I’m sure this will end in a lawsuit.

This company is always my go to for all of our old house needs.

We have used this company for anything and everything.. Sink, toilet, and shower they are always there same day and I would say pretty affordable!!

Plumber was very skilled and courteous. He also had good communication and was able to get there at a time that worked for us. They were able to return my call and come fix our plumbing issue the same day I called. Thank you

The gentlemen that work for this company are extremely polite and want to do the right thing; however, not so much the guy who owns the place. My uncle (85 yrs old) has used them for many years but when he had a fire and lost his house and we were trying to get his electric and plumbing fixed and hooked back up, C&S took there sweet time getting out there; however, once they did get there after several calls, we were charged $1750 to put in a hose from the RV to the pump. Of course my uncle didn't know that he didn't have any water and paid them. The problem was they didn't make the connections to the well and there was no water getting to the RV. They thought that was acceptable, I guess because they didn't come back for a week. They didn't want to come out and fix there mess because it was taking too long and they had already gotten paid. This guy takes advantage of the elderly not understanding what is going on and is very effective in screwing them over. They never return calls, we go by there at 2:30 today and no one was there and office locked. Not sure how they stay in business or how they have any good reviews. I'm appalled by their business ethics and if you are a Senior, I would stay away from this company unless you have someone fighting for you.

P.S. If I could have given them a 0 star, I would have. His employees are really hard workers and do their best.

Fantastic service! They were able to get out and repair my father's water line from his well sooner than expected. The work was done quickly and at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend this company!

The guys that came out did a decent job but was charged an hour and a half work for 20 minutes work, I can see maybe changing an hour on 20 minutes but 1.5 come on! When I called to ask i was told they were right on target but I have video proof the time they spent here on my security camera! Call around! Last time I do business with C&S but the guys that did the work thank you!

Paid $140/hour for them to come out and unclog my drain due to water backing up. They were here for about 25 minutes, only worked on the main drain, but did not get on the roof to unclog that or anything else, then left. Had to hire another company to do their job for them and was told that roof vents often stick shut and that you should always check the roof drains because 9 times out of 10 that’s your problem. Don’t waste your money with this company.

Had an emergency this morning and they came right over...price was higher than I expected, but since it was an emergency it was worth it. I live in Yale so unfortunately it's higher than living in a town with a plumber. Got the drain unclogged from tree roots in 30 min tops . Good job and Thanks again to the 2 workers...I appreciate it
