The Butte County Fire Safety Council has been around for a number of years. Their organization is a not-for-profit NGO that is For the Community, which means they get funded by CalFire and other state, federal, or environmental grants. They have had insurmountable challenges to creating a reliable network within the dozens of communities comprising literally thousands of different people, home owners, property and land owners, HOA's, and more.

In the time i have known people who either work with them or through them, i have only been impressed and shown a dedicated love for helping the community to become a safe, more fun and livable place.
