I have been in this church for 7 years. I attend the 9am English service first, then 10:30 am Mandarin service. Both two services are great, truly preaching God's word.

I have been a member of this church for 40 years, and it continues to be a blessing in my life. The preaching is great each Sunday, and I am very appreciative of the wonderful friends I have made over the years. Our church would love to have new people come to check us out. You just might find a welcome home at Burlpres

WORST Christmas sermon of my entire life! I have been going to this church since I was very little- I have grown up in this church- and this year was the first year for my newborn and my daughter to go together to the sermon.

Children’s Service had nothing for children- weird 3D glasses & stickers, along with the pastors daughter being the center of attention as ALL the other children involved in the nativity scene remained outside. I left after the pastor decided to rant about HIS daughter and her prestige riding skills... it was like watching pure narcissism. And there was a rant about how expensive & hard it is to live here... ummmmmmmm I don’t come to church to discuss Bay Area 1st world problems... it felt like this whole sermon was focused on ALL the wrong things. The petting zoo was nice... but how could that be the lesson for our children Seemed like a lot of it was just about getting money and seeming rich or something... very uncomfortable

I for one HAD to leave. I regret going and decided to go for a walk downtown as my daughter stayed with family

EVERY year- children have been the focus and brought in SO many new families. Children have sung songs, put on plays, and even read scripture- allowing for children watching to love it along with their parents. This year was dry, and only about the pastor... SO WEIRD

I will NOT be returning to this church and I highly suggest looking elsewhere for children’s sermons. This is NOTthe church I grew up in.

Wow! What a great place to get a nice "home-cooked" meal. I've been coming here for several months and appreciate the opportunity on WednesdaWe to get a nice meal after work and before my meeting.

Not too long ago the power went off in Burlingame because of a storm and I was not sure if the Wednesday night dinner was a meal option. Upon my arrival I noticed the interior of the dining room area had been filled with candles. While I ate my delicious chicken meal, piano music was playing in the background... this is a perfect example of making lemonade out of lemons.

Lastly, I had to be rolled out of the church property as I ate too much of the enchilada dinner an Apple Crisp that was served.

I appreciate the opportunity to eat here as I always feel both physically and psychologically enriched.

Love this church - love the Wednesday evening "Body and Soul" dinners where lots of folks gather before going off to various events and classes. What a great way to build a community!
