my favorite place on earth! i drop by at LEAST once a week (literally, i love this place so much). i brought my boyfriend in to sell some of his clothes that he never wears last night and found a BRAND NEW pair of LIMITED EDITION doc martens at an amazing price and also happened to find a pair of demonias in perfect condition. every time i enter this building, i am greeted by the most amazing, kind, helpful, and friendly staff. the team of wonderful people that operate this store often go out of their way to help customers and make every customer feel comfortable and welcome. i cannot stress enough how much i adore not only the store itself but also the incredible team behind the ✨magic✨ that is buffalo exchange.

I have ALWAYS had great experiences at this Buffalo location. The staff, the ambience, the CLOTHES! I just finished trading in some clothes with Allison and it was almost therapeutic with how kind she was and the fabulous conversation I had. 10/10 would recommend for a great thrifting experience ❤️

Low quality used clothing in crappy condition with super high prices. They were way better about this before they switched locations. On top of it the workers were rude AF. I used to love Buffalo Exchange but this new location just ISN'T it.

I used to love this place. I collect vintage and try to reuse. The workers don't put out the best vibe. They won't take hardly anything unless it's "in" is what I was told, uh don't people shop at these places to get away from what's "trendy" I mean I know I do. Anyways, the prices of this place are insane. I didn't find anything under $20. Take your amazing vintage clothing to a local shop who will actually appreciate the business. I also got a $40 parking ticket in the parking lot after giving my plate # to the girl. I will never go back.
