👍 Reviews of Buckelew Programs Napa

Buckelew Programs Napa - Napa, California

5/5

I don’t know where I would be in the world and in my life without Buckelew Programs. Throughout the past decade and for a few years beyond, the staff at Buckelew Programs has helped me through the absolute toughest of times and ensured that I had emotional support, medical support, support with food, support with rides, and support with housing. The staff is both experienced and qualified as well as being invested in what they do. The services are reasonable and refined with a knowledgeable combination of adhering to structure and independent living. My symptoms are somewhat manageable at best, but without Buckelew Programs and their staff I’m not sure that would be the case. I have grown, receded, stabilized, and been caught when I fell countless times through their professional support, services, and capable hands. The program is not for everyone, it is not a hand out or a free for all. However, if you are willing to let them help you adhere to positive structure (regular check-ins and counseling) and keep up with your appointments with your support net outside of the organization, they may be the help you may need to flourish and grow (or at least live a somewhat more “normal” life) as you progress along your own mental health journey. They have my highest recommendation, appreciation, and respect. I hope this review finds you and helps you along yours.

Napa providers regularly intimidate, harass and threaten me and other clients. They violated my rights under the US Constitution and regularly ignore HUD regulations and state housing laws. They are bullies. They lie. They traumatize disabled people every day. I’m living it now. Absolutely despicable and inhuman treatment. Nothing even close to the mission statement. I’m educated, informed, assertive and live with C-ptsd. I’m utterly dismayed by the privileged, narcissistic, abusive people pretending to provide compassionate care for me and my peers.
