I can't say enough good things about Broadway by the Sea. The staff here go above and beyond to provide compassionate, professional care. I toured the facility today for business purposes, and Broadway by the Sea is extremely clean and welcoming. The staff is friendly and accommodating. This is definitely on the top of my list for a post acute center. I would highly consider this for your family and loved ones, if you are in the Long Beach area. I have visited many facilities over the years for my loved ones, and Broadway by the Sea is in the top tier of facilities.

My family had a really great experience here. When my grandma needed therapy this place was recommended by the hospital and was close enough to home. The nurses were really kind and my grandma did so well with the therapy team. Highly recommend this facility if your loved one needs care.

As I understand this facility has been bought by another company. My first impression was “this place has fallen drastically in every way”. The front welcome area was as if it was turned into a storage space.
The next visit I noticed that the facility was getting repainted. Still messy, however it did help explain.
Management did attempt to make amends to the residents with a “Luau Day” however it was scheduled for 2pm and had not yet been started when I left at 2:15, leaving many of the residents in the hallways.
My last visit today gave me hope that the renovation was complete and the new management will uphold and surpass old high standards of the past organization.

Broadway by the Sea is by far the best rehab facility I’ve had the pleasure of interacting with. It’s bright, lively, and very clean. I was also very impressed with the level of compassion, kindness, and care the staff has for everyone that comes through the doors.

I was very touched by the level of kindness Mrs. Felisha Padilly showed me every encounter.

I recommend this place to anyone needing rehab and skilled care.
