This YMCA is clean, well-maintained, and has a fitness-focused crowd—no chaos. The layout is great, with high-quality free weights, machines, and a solid cardio area. It feels upscale and quiet, more like a boutique gym than a typical YMCA. Would highly recommend.

My wife had an appointment at the MOSH facility next door, so I only peeked inside here at the Y. It looks nice, modern and clean. Certainly worth a visit to learn more. The photos I have here are Watts + Diesel, and the concessions area by the fieldhouse. Everything here at the ROC is new and modern.

Love it! Staff is amazing! State of the art computerized weight machines tailored to each individual are especially ideal for older adults. It's a progressive strength training program. Some weeks, it's a bit like playing Packman as your motion follows the curve. The Strength & Balance class has helped me a lot, I recommend it, especially for seniors.

Love this place. Newer place. It's small but as a powerlifter & runner they have everything you need like squat racks and assault runner elites (rare). No hot tub but they have 2 private showers!

Love the Y. This location is great for streamlined workouts. The group classes have an amazing community, and the eGym is perfect for beginners and people who want a weights routine without having to set it themselves. Super easy and convenient!

I love this place it's very clean! There was 24-hour access if you pay for it with a key flop! The best part about it is the automated workout circuit you don't have to change weights it's very fast and very fun it's like playing Pac-Man

This isn’t specific to this YMCA location, but the YMCA in general. Was looking to join this gym location until I realized not only was it one of the priciest gyms in the area, but they seem to discriminate against adults the age of 30-64 by charging them the highest monthly fee. It’s unfortunate.
