As a returning client Bright Star did an incredible job helping our family with additional care during the Hospice Care process. We had both RN and Caregiver resources and we were so incredibly impressed and appreciative of the entire team. Caregivers; Augustina, Horinda, Karina and Nurses; Jennifer and Maxine. The office team made heroic efforts to coordinate our wonderful staffing plan. Sheri, Tanya and many more made the entire process smooth and seamless for us. Thank you so much Bright Star!!!

I had Ashley Aguillar nurse at Bright Star take care of PIC line. I came from CasVia care phaclity and she was upset to see they can't due a PIC cover, mine was never applyed correctly. Bright Star came to rescue. And replayed correctly. I'm looking forward to the next 5 weeks of service. They also draw blood each week. I pray I never have to a place like Cas Via, that was a night mare. If you need a company like Bright Star use them for great care. She is very observant and addresses all our family members needs .And she is great at communicating with the rest of the family about our loved one. I have been using Bright Star services off and on for the past 5 months for my sister who has Alzheimer’s disease. They are incredibly professional and detail oriented. If one carer isn’t a fit, they will do their best to accommodate. They are at the high end for pricing but when you need help, they are there.

My husband suffers from a progressive neuro-degenerative disease. When I realized I could no longer fully care for him myself, I began seeking out various agencies a couple of years ago for home health care. BrightStar Care was one of these agencies. Shari and Helen were my first contacts with BrightStar and I knew immediately after talking with them that this was the one! The kindness, warmth and professionalism from both Shari and Helen was exceptional then and has continued when I have the pleasure of occasionally speaking with them. Helen has been my primary contact and has done a wonderful job matching up caregivers for my husband, given his changing needs. In recent months, I occasionally speak with Mariela in the office about various matters and she has been very kind and helpful each time I have spoken with her.
Initially, Daniel and Bruce were assigned to my husband’s care for a number of hours a week, each bringing with them unique caregiving talents that were just what my husband needed at the time. With his advancing needs, a few other caregivers have since been assigned. Patty and Bianca were appreciated for their strength and caregiving skills. Gladys, who was a nursing student studying locally, was with us on the weekends for almost a year until leaving the area to further her nursing education. She was delightful and did an excellent job caring for my husband during her shifts with us. Among other things, one of the things we especially appreciated about Gladys was her work ethic and dependability. Beatriz’ has been caring for my husband for a number of months now and we are so happy to have her in our home. Her caregiving skills are excellent in every way and it has been evident she is truly dedicated to taking the best care possible of my husband. She has accompanied us on doctor appointments which has been extremely helpful and a huge relief for me, as she is very strong and does an excellent job in transferring my husband from a wheel chair to an exam table when necessary. I could go on singing the praises of BrightStar Care, but suffice it to say this is a top notch organization dedicated to providing the best care possible to its clients. I’m so grateful to have found them.

BrightStar started caring for my wife, who has Alzheimer’s, about 6 months ago. The office staff is very professional, organized, super responsive — and nice! I love that their caregiving staff members are treated like real employees, with benefits, training etc. My guess is this helps with employee retention, which ultimately benefits the client / patient. And they really worked with us until we landed on a great “fit” with one of their caregivers: Demetriess! I was really concerned about having a caregiver in our home everyday, worrying it would feel like a stranger imposing on our space. But Demetriess has really become one of the family. She is a joy to be around and takes great care of my wife. You can tell she is a pro at her job and really knows how to work with an Alzheimer’s patient. What more can I ask?

I highly recommend Brightstar Care. They took care of my dad for his last 4.5 months of his life and the quality of care was outstanding. All of the staff were extremely professional, competent, conscientious, compassionate, and very dedicated to their jobs. The communication from everyone, from the office staff to the caregivers, was excellent ~ timely and thorough.

The level of responsiveness from Brightstar Care was outstanding. I reached to them and asked for an almost immediate initiation of service, which they fulfilled very graciously. When I asked for 24 hour care to be started, they again fulfilled the request expediently. When hospice was needed, the bridge was seamless, timely and incredibly supportive.

A special thank you to Tori and Jas, who were there every step of the way and treated my dad with respect and dignity, kindness and compassion.
