Charming neighborhood coffee house with an extensive menu of drinks and eats. It has several tables inside and out, along with a large play ground and little shop. There is a small free parking lot wrapped around the building.
They host many events, so I'm looking forward to visiting again and trying more of their menu.

UPDATE:
I wanted to update here and make note that true to their word, Brentwood did reimburse me for the visit I initially wrote about. I was pleasantly surprised and felt like this spoke volumes. I went back today and had a lovely visit. Staff were courteous and helped me navigate foods that were allergy friendly for my littlest. I’ve updated my review according to my most recent visit and hope to see it continue as such!

I have tried so so many times to love this place, but at this point I have to say something. For a small local cafe that really seems to be involved in the community, the vibes of the staff are just NOT it. Behind the register is a “pass it forward” bulletin but it seems that the staff can’t even be kind enough to their own costumers.
The baked goods and shepherds pie are usually quite delicious, today the panini came out barely warm with hard cheese after waiting over 30 minutes. I don’t wish this business to fail, I sincerely hope they consider the environment they are curating and work to be more welcoming and friendly to all.

A few vegan food options are available and the coffee is pretty decent. It is a great place to get some work done. There is also an outdoor playground for young children to roam around. So, definitely family friendly. The parking lot gets filled pretty fast, especially during the weekend.

The pie and coffee were good.
But the space outside where the children’s playground is located seemed completely uncomfortable to me - uncomfortable tables and chairs, cleaning equipment in the most visible place and a huge number of flies that I had to constantly brush away completely ruined the impression :/
Perhaps mothers with children will feel comfortable here drink coffee while the kids run around in the fenced playground.

Great little coffee spot. We visited while visiting Austin, it was a walk away from the air-bnb we stayed in. Their Americano was spot on. They also have some delicious looking fresh baked goods that they put out in the morning until they run out out. We got a chocolate croissant and it was scrumptious. Recommend trying it if you’re in the area.

Very friendly and helpful staff. I had a great dirty chai tea while my wife had a cappuccino. Tasty. I saw quite a few of cool menu items you won't see at a typical coffe house...Shepherds Pie, Some huge cheese paninis, and all sorts of the normal pastry fare. Inside seating exists, though we sat out front, and my last trip here I sat out back. Kid friendly, nice atmosphere, fast service. Beats Starbucks and the wifi works well. 5 stars.

Finally a place where I can study,meanwhile my kid plays on the playground. Found the inside kids area to be cute too; for those extremely hot days. I will definitely be coming back,I’ve always passed by but never bothered to stop by. I’m glad I stopped by today:). Got some assignments out the way, but best part my kid ran off some energy:).
