Break free has been a awesome class that has taught me tools to live a more empowered life. Janet Thomas creates a safe place so everyone in the class feels support. Some of the things you learn in Break free are how to establish boundaries, how to assert yourself, how to listen more deeply and how to express yourself. You also learn how to be a adult and how to love & respect yourself. You will also learn how to have self led groups with other women. So you can continue your healing & growth long after the 2 courses end.
