It has been a true blessing to connect with the Brahma Kumaris and receive their guidance. Through my time there, I was able to overcome the guilt and depression that had weighed on me for many years. By practicing daily meditation and attending the center at least once a week, I learned the importance of self-discipline, as well as how to truly love, respect and care for myself.

I first visited Brahma Kumari’s Silicon Valley center at 540 S Abel St, Milpitas, in Nov of 2019. The center offers a peaceful environment to learn & practice Raja yoga Meditation. Raja Yoga meditation techniques focus on connecting one's inner self with the divine & having mastery over the self. Through regular practice of Rajyoga, individuals can develop a heightened sense of intuition, inner guidance, and spiritual wisdom. The Raj Yoga instructors are highly knowledgeable and patient. The center has a very peaceful vibration; it’s immaculately maintained, with spacious, well-ventilated rooms that create an ideal environment for meditation. If you're looking for authentic meditation guidance, I’d highly recommend you try Raj Yoga as it will awaken your inner spiritual potential and guide you to live a life of purpose, love, and joy. There are multiple classes/programs each month; anyone can avail of the benefits free of cost❤️

My spiritual journey started 20+ yrs ago with a simple thought of learning a meditation but it has been a beautiful journey by learning who I am and what is my goal in life and now I know I can achieve it by daily practice of spiritual knowledge. I feel very blessed and fortunate to be connected to the Brahma Kumaris center in Silicon Valley. Sister Kusum has been an awesome teacher, role model and spiritual guide for me. She is serving the community selflessly and with true love. I have been through many difficult times in my life but by applying the BK knowledge have made me a stronger and positive person. RajYoga Meditation helped me identifying true myself "The SOUL". It made me realize the connection of Thoughts to Actions to Habit. The whole concept of being in Soul consciousness, changing my thoughts and actions improved my interactions with others and surrounding environment. Save your time and sanity by not going there. These guys try to mislead weak minded , sad , lonely people and make them slaves of their beliefs. Organizations like BK are dangerous for public mental health and must get banned/closed. (Google the experiences of some whistleblowers who were once followers). My advise is meep yourself away from such orgs. God has blessed every individual with solid brain to recover from any situation and achieve everything in life - success , peace and happiness. People just need to believe in their abilities and that can happen without going to such cult places.

I love this place. After completing the Rajyoga Meditation course, I have gained a deep understanding of myself and spirituality. This experience has provided answers to many of my life's questions and has shown me the path to a happier, more peaceful existence. I highly recommend this course for everyone.
