**Review Title**: Rude and Unprofessional Staff at [The Boys and Girls Club]

I had a very disappointing experience at [The Boys and Girls Club]. One of the staff members, [Front Desk Receptionist] , was extremely rude and unprofessional.

From the moment I walked in, I was met with a dismissive attitude. When I asked a simple question about [speaking to the Director Of The Summer Camp Program ], the staff member responded in a condescending manner and seemed annoyed by my inquiry. Their tone was inappropriate and made me feel unwelcome and undervalued as a customer.

Additionally, during our interaction, the staff member was visibly impatient and even raised their voice, which was both unnecessary and uncomfortable. Such behavior is unacceptable in a customer service setting and reflects poorly on the establishment.

This experience has left me with a very negative impression of [The Boys and Girls Club]. Professionalism and respect are crucial in any business, and unfortunately, my visit did not meet these basic standards.

I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the issue to prevent future customers [parents] from having similar negative experiences. I myself is a business owner and I wouldn’t hire her if she was a last option !

The Boys & Girls Club of the Piedmont have monthly Family Nights each month. These events are free and give parents and children resources to impact the whole family. When we learn together we grow together.
