Bought some items for my daughter's fundraiser--first time participant. I spent $32 for what I thought would be a fairly high quality beach bag. Although I appreciate that some of the money goes to her school, it is a large, cheap plastic shopping bag. Some of the threading was falling apart it is such poor quality. Also, I bought a few of their bowls. One of the bowls was chipped. The return policy is somewhat restrictive that it isn't worth trying to exchange. I will never buy from them again.

I am all for school fundraisers, but next time I will just open my checkbook and write the school a check.

I just have to tell you this company is one of the most responsive I have ever dealt with. I write an email with a question and they are on it within the day. They stand by their products, which by the way, are beautiful. I love the soft leather and colors. Thank you Boon Supply
