Blue Horizon saved the day for our association after our property manager resigned. Within a period of one month, Blue Horizon was managing our day-to-day operation and finances.

Britney goes above and beyond everything that is required, responding to emails almost automatically, and resolving issues while following up on the case. I have encountered several minor issues in the building, always minor, regarding water and some other general matters. However, without fail, Britney has responded in an efficient and effective manner.

I work in the service industry myself, and I truly value the level of service she provides.

Blue Horizon took over as the management company for the property that I live at in the beginning of this year. Since then we have had a leak in our gutter and a malfunctioning washer/dryer unit. Emilee has done an awesome job coordinating solutions to both issues in a timely manner. The gutter drainage system was reworked and improved, and the new washer/dryer is state of the art. I can tell from these experiences that Blue Horizon is willing to support investments in their properties to create long-term, effective solutions.
