HOA impossible to contact. Pool is never open and basketball court is broken and never repaired. Fees increase yearly and HOA pockets the money.

Don't live here, ever. HOAs in general are awful, but this is just a horrible HOA with no website, bylaw book, or method of contact. I try to call & they just don't pick up! Yet I do the slightest thing, & I'm fined for breaking a rule I never even knew EXISTED or could know! Holy hell! Find a place with no HOA & get your freedom back.
