I am an Interior Designer and I contacted Blatt Billiards on behalf of a client that was looking for an entire suite of gaming tables - including one that was a new adventure for everyone involved in the process.
I was able to customize the wood finishes, leg styles, felt, and carpet on the pool table, air hockey table, game table, ping pong overlay, as well as the carpetball table, dart board, and cue rack - no other company that I contacted would even attempt this in my area - never mind long distance!
Jeff Roeder worked with me via phone, emails, and FedEx to get all of the "regular" pieces specified and work out details on a piece that they had never heard of - never mind made before.
From the very first phone call to the follow up the entire process was seamless and delivered within the promised time frame.
The make ready, delivery, and set up crew of five was beyond amazing - especially up to a third floor with a lot of heavy and bulky pieces.
There was some slight damage that happened during the shipping process and this was handled immediately and made to look like it never happened.
The client is happy, the client's granddaughter is over the moon, and I will definitely be using Blatt Billiards again for any gaming table needs.
They are a quality group that produces quality pieces - and they have carpetball specifications now!

Jeff, Steve and their team are spectacular. Thanks for staying late on a Friday so I could pick up my grandfathers table rails. Thanks for the quick tour and the history! You guys are awesome. If you're in doubt about who to call for your Billiard needs this is the place. They went above and beyond from day one when I called them to inquire about having the table torn down. The technicians that came were very knowledgeable and proficient in their trade.

I highly recommend Blatt Billiards for all of your pool table needs. I had read about Blatt Billiards in the past and am so happy I reached out to them when we decided to finish our basement - and complete my dream of owning our own table. Unannounced, I stopped in their NJ showroom and met Jeff. Jeff for the next hour or so treated me and my son like the biggest customers in the world. He answered all of our questions, gave us a little more history of the company and best of all, gave us a full tour of the facility. Took us right in and allowed us to look at everything they had going on that day - that was really some experience! After Jeff got a feel for what we were looking for, he showed us everything that could have been a possibility for us and fully explained the pros and cons of each. I was not ready to make a decision at that point - and Jeff provided me with some things to consider and gave me his cell phone if I had any questions at all. There was not one ounce of the sometimes "pushy" sales tactics other stores use.

After a few more phone calls, I went back with the entire family and Jeff was nice enough to pretty much walk through everything he had already explained to me to my wife. He then gave us some time to look at the tables, ask more questions and provided us with a step ladder to really get up and see some tables that were not visible from the floor. My wife and I made a decision and Jeff was there to provide all the necessary feedback. He then helped us with the accessories and spent some time with us going over the room design.

Due to the fact that our basement wasn't completed nearly in the time we expected it to be, Jeff and his team did us another solid by holding onto the table for an unspecified amount of time (worked out to be about 4 months) without any issues at all on their end. When we were ready for the table, we let them know and Jodi contacted us to schedule the delivery and installation. Though I never met or directly spoke to Jodi, the scheduling was very easy and done without issue.

Roger and Ed came to deliver and install the table and arrived at our home (about an hour plus from their facilities) at exactly the right time. Roger and Ed were just as professional as the rest of the experience had been and they also asked us some questions and fully explained their thoughts to our answers. Before they started putting the pool table together, they walked us through the design in the room itself and gave us some pointers on items to consider. After completion, they again walked us through a couple of items and completely cleaned up behind themselves.

Our completed basement turned into a much longer process than we had thought. A ton of delays on parts and difficulty arranging schedules - but everything with the pool table worked out exceptionally well and we could not be happier.

Again, I highly recommend Blatt Billiards. Jeff and team made it very apparent that they value each and every customer exactly the same - with the utmost respect. I was and continue to be very impressed by our Blatt Billiards experience.
