They are really helpful and understanding, as well as have knowledge and connections to many industries. Once my case manager moved to another job, I was not allowed on the property. This seems discriminatory.

I am so grateful for this organization. They helped me and my family. The process was easy, even with an autistic toddler jumping around. Thank you!

I have only seen people that where using drugs before going there. Then freely still using. I know that it help some people and I'm thankful for that but please remember that the sober living houses are run my former residents and they are more then not using still. There is one house for pregnant mothers. They are all using. I pray for the baby's and I pray for the mothers that they will get help. The bill Willian center needs to check thing more out. Please hurry and help them

This place is a great resource for ambitious and motivated youth. Yes, some may agree that there is a drug problem in the DT area, however that's the population of kids that need the help the most and that's only to a certain point because the drop in center I believe is directed at the youth at risk the most....Bill Wilson does their best for the youth, how is it their fault that all these young people are strung out on drugs? You would still complain if they didn't help people who had drug problems, so what's the big deal? They are not there to be parents since young adults are typically the one's utilizing the facility. The facility isn't nasty and dirty until some inconsiderate person comes and pee's all over the toilet seat or throws things around or vandalizes the facility..... but idk.. loll

Absolutely filthy kitchen and dining area, uncaring staff that have obvious favorites, blatant drug usage in the parking lot, cold sleeping area, and the staff tried to kick someone out for being in a wheelchair because their mobility device was "too big", and "was a disturbance". Anti-trans and anti-gay slurs are thrown about freely by the "favorite" tenants, but those less favored are yelled at for hugging their crying significant other. Would give no stars if possible.

This facility is safe and clean for teenagers and young adults to hang out. The staff members are passionate and caring. There are great volunteers to provide hot lunch program, counseling services. There are shower and bed facilities.

The staff here really care about the youths in our community and want to make a difference in their lives. There are various groups and programs that are offered to at-risk youths, ages 18-26, that give them the resources they need to get off the streets and into permanent housing.
