Absolutely the best buying experience I have ever had. No pressure, and I found the right truck and price. I said I would like a quote, they wrote one up, said I would think it over..no pressure to commit. Everyone was cordial. We drove away, yet came right back because we felt so good about the price, the kind treatment and the integrity shown by Brady (sales) and Dane (finance manager). This was the easiest vehicle purchase I have ever made! I love my new Explorer and I am happy with what my trade-in was valued at. In an effort to escape the hurricane heading towards Tampa, I drove with my airstream to Troy AL. Unfortunately my battery failed and I could not restart the truck without using a jumper. Bill Jackson Ford was able to see me the day I arrived. I had pulled the airstream to an RV park in Troy and they drove me back to the RV park so I would be comfortable while waiting for them to diagnose and repair the problem. Once the truck was finished, they delivered it back to me. I really do appreciate the service they provided and especially on such short notice.
