I wanted to give these guys a fair shake since they are local and do some good work for the community.

I took my E-bike in for a rear inner-tube change. I’d done it myself in the past but ended up having to take it in for a derailleur adjustment after so figured I’d just pay their e-bike up charge and have it done by a professional.

Check in was smooth and the bike was ready in 2 days at a reasonably fair price. A couple days later I took it for a ride and sure enough the derailleur was way out of adjustment and would skip gears going up and down.

I called the next day they were open and said to bring it down they’d take a look. Upon arrival they took it in right away and made the adjustment but did say it would have had nothing to do with the work they did before which obviously just isn’t true but happy they made it right.

At this point I’d have still given 4-5 stars even having to bring it back a second time.

After inspecting it closely I noticed that they didn’t even replace the cable tie that holds wires to the frame. (See picture) luckily those wires didn’t get hung up in anything before I reattached them with a simple cable tie.

I get it that it was a hot few days and maybe they were just trying to turn out bikes but that’s just plain lazy to return a bike with the cables left unsecured

BCC is amazing! My bike is functioning better than when I bought it used. Had some gear issues plus a flat tube/ tire and brake system adjustments needed. They kept me updated on the status and the costs. My bike rides much smoother and doesn’t shift gears for no reason. Plus- I love supporting a local business. They know their stuff!!! P

My e-bike had a flat rear tire and because itll has all the electrical hub components on the back tire, I didn't want to risk changing it myself and messing something up. I was able to get enough air in the tire to bike it / push it to Bike Clark County to be repaired.

I didn't have an appointment and it was close to the end of the day before the shop closes for three days. They got my bike tire fixed within an hour and it was only $23!

It was great taking it to a community bike shop rather than a big for-profit bike shop. Bike Clark County really saved me from a bigger headache of how to get my broken e-bike home.

E-bikes are great until something goes wrong, then you need a vehicle large enough to transport them to get repaired. Or, a bike shop within walking distance.

I'm a total novice, and Paul was incredibly patient with teaching me how to replace a blown inner tube, and helped me buy a new one at a very fair price. Thank you!!;

A great shop went in to ask about more comfortable seats for sale?
They do have a donated bin of presentable used seats for $10 but i ended up buying a brand new "cloud 9" seat for just over 30 dollars instead, which does feel way more comfortable than my old one and I got to donate the older seat win win.
