I started working for Beyond Vision in 2019 as a Contact Center Agent. I also serve as the Advocate for Leadership and Employment. I work remotely, but I still am made to feel as though I am part of the team and culture. I love to hear how my co-workers are striving to succeed. I plan on working for Beyond Vision just as long as they will have me. I would highly recommend working for and/or doing business with Beyond Vision. I have been employed at Beyond Vision since 2009 in the Customer Care Center. As someone who is totally blind, finding meaningful employment before this was challenging at best. Now, thanks to Beyond Vision, I am able to use my communication skills to further my career and own my own condo. Beyond Vision will be moving into a new location soon and I am excited to see what lies ahead.

Beyond Vision is a awesome place to work for. I currently work at fort McCoy in one of there base supply stores. I think that it is amazing that they support the blind and veteran's. I also love my team I work with everyday.

I have worked here for just over 2 years. I was originally hired as a Customer Service Representative, and, within a few short months, was asked to take on more responsibilities.
In early 2022, January, to be specific, I was promoted to Administrative Assistant for our senior staff team. I realoy like teh fact that the company promotes blind people into roles on an equal playing field with sighted colleagues.
I like the positive culture the company strives to provide, as well as the work life balance. They understand that people have lives outside of work.
Great benefits package as well for full time employees.
