We do not recommend this car dealer Best Import Auto Sales, Inc. in Cary ( Raleigh) NC.
Do not waste your time and even less your money, not even taking them to your trusted mechanic. They sell you cars with corrosion, rust and other problems that you do not notice at the time because they remain silent and do not tell you about the problem. Good luck to those who did not invest their money at a loss with this car dealer who sells you the problem and not the car.

I’ve been a patient here for a few years. Not always the best experience since I feel like the physician is a bit intense, short with answers and pushes DNA testing at every visit.
My most recent experience was truly unacceptable. My week consisted of 2 emergency visits, a visit with another physician since there was not an immediate opening to be seen by my doctor at RG, several tests preformed, bloodwork (twice), X-rays, CT scan etc. I called the morning of my appointment to make them aware that I was just released from ER 3 hours before and wld prefer not to come if I cld help it since I had been seen by others and had all the tests taken, was waiting to be scheduled for surgery. I was charged $100 missed appt fee, even though I called and talked to someone there. Apparently the office manager needed to uphold the policy. They had my card on file. Very poorly handled for a patient experiencing problems but at least they had my best interest at heart by charging the fee and letting me know that it wld hv been more appropriate to make my scheduled visit.

I have just hung up the phone on one of their sales people Tim Rohney. After telling him continuously that I do not want the service, because the BBB will do little to investigate if the complaint is truthful. He threatened to create a profile for my business Johnny K's Home Repair against my greatest wishes.
Have nothing to do with this company, you'll be better off.

Did not honor 14 day policy. Owner ( Asian male) would not even look at the receipt. Very nasty and rude. Walked away from me while i was talking to him about the return policy. I will not spend another dime in this store!

We appreciated the experience we had with Lifetime Roofing in Wake Forest, NC. Our roof was damaged by a tornado and after talking with several Roofing Companies we chose to go with Lifetime Roofing. Rob walked us through all the details of what we needed to do in taking pictures and determining the amount of damage. He then filed an estimate with our Insurance Company after I had filed a claim and they had performed an inspection. Once it was approved Rob made sure we got an upgrade to an architectural roof and kept the cost within the amount budgeted by our insurance provider. They also installed new gutter guards that work great. We highly recommend Lifetime Roofing for anyone needing a new roof.

Someone mistakenly rated my company, Advanced Private Investigations, but withdrew it. However, this lousy organization would not remove it at her request. I've had "nothing" but 5-star ratings for the last 20 years. I've been here from Canada. This BBB is damaging my business, so I will calculate the number of dropped Cary calls to API from this day forward. I will let the courts handle it from there. This BBB has asked me several times to join. I went to some of their meetings, but I found them unorganized, so I did not join them. Please check my ratings on an accurate business site, Google. You will find nothing but 5-star ratings. UPDATE: You can see from the bogus response BBB that I'm not permitted to respond to the garbage response. THE POINT IS THAT THIS PROCESS IS WRONG BECAUSE IF THE AUTHOR OF THE COMPLAINT AGREES IT WAS A MISTAKE, IT SHOULD BE REMOVED. I am preparing to launch a multimillion-dollar suit against Cary BBB for damages, or should I call them the Better Bulling and Bunk organization? James Petrie 01/30/2023 7:34 PM. Scam - why can I not leave a review for NC and by the way USA since we have to talk to Indonesia when we call customer servicel. SCAM..Scam..Scam.. are we not even buying insurance from BCBS of NC ? I have been trying to get my email fixed for months. Trash company.

I give BBB 5 stars because of past help. Great customer service.
I will be filing a complaint against a privately owned business that has terrible customer service and Manager over location management refuses to address a customer complaint. They are a franchise but feel untouchable since they are privately owned. Worst service I've ever experienced.
