DO NOT put your Loves ones in here. The management is terrible. They don’t give a damn, they are more worried about the money they make off of your love ones. DO NOT work here. The management is so bad that they cannot keep any local. Instead they have to bring in traveling nurses. With all room & board, plus rental taking care of. Most of these nurses don’t give a damn about the comfort of the residents. If you work here and you have a family. They will use that against you. Especially if you have a special needs child or are pregnant. I Repeat DO NOT put your love ones in here and DO NOT work for these idiots.

My friends mother just passed and only 2 of the 7 rings she moved in with where given back the rest were stolen from her. If your loved one checkes in make sure they have nothing of value if you have any sentiment attachment you take your chances....

I have worked many years in Long-term Care Facilities, as well as my sister and my mother being a RN at one. We would NEVER EVER treat families the way we were treated by their Nursing Manager staff, while trying to visit our grandmother whose health is actively declining. We are well aware of COVID-19 protocols and guidelines and well aware of the Compassionate Care Act and very willing to follow all of these guidelines so that our dying loved one not be alone in last days, weeks, months. Very unprofessional and disheartening. Makes us wonder if that's how we are treated, how is she treated? The only good I can say is that her one CNA we were able to have contact with was very patient, professional and compassionate. Since they spend the most time doing direct cares I am thankful to know that. I feel my loved one is being neglected of her rights and will be taking the necessary steps to report this.

My dad is currently living in Bethel Home. The workers are nice, courteous, and friendly. The rooms are clean, and neat.
Like many other communities like this, they are short on staff, sometimes working 12 hour shifts or more.
The cultural barrier between staff and residents is evident as most residents cannot understand a language that has a heavy accent. This makes it frustrating for both the resident and the worker.
Workers should be told to speak slowly and clearly on a regular basis.
There is a lack of activity programming in the area where my dad lives. I am encouraging the community to take action and schedule regular programming in his area. All in all, for the training and staff that are present, my dad is happy there, which is the most important. He says there are good days and bad days.

Nurses and social workers are caring. Meals are not the best. My mother’s clothes often are lost and never recovered even though they are clearly labeled. It seems I have to dress my mother on hobo clothes in order for them not to be “lost”. Any clothes that are stylish end up MIA. Her new bottom dentures were also “lost”. within 6 weeks of getting them. CNA staff had much difficulty putting in my mother’s hearing aids as well.

My mother is a resident, and we're all impressed with the care she receives. They are taking exceptional precautions to keep Covid out of the facility.

They have some good help there now, compared to 15 years ago. I personally would never want to end up there. Sorry, but that's how I feel. Love visiting with the residents tho. They need alot of love and compassion.
