A beautiful church in a nice quiet area of a nice little town. We went in as a family to pray on a Sunday afternoon and were amazed by the architecture, the massive pipe organ and the serenity inside.
The only thing that spoilt it were a group of people that kept talking and laughing really loudly with no consideration or thought of where they were.

Bethania is a very nice Lutheran church in Solvang. It offers worship in the mornings at 9:30 and what it calls "unorthodox" at 11:00. Supporting the community, the church has a preschool as well as after school care. Additionally, Bethania provides food distribution to those in need on Tuesdays...though there is a drop box (on the Honor system) in front of the church for community members to leave or take food. There is also another drop box for books nearby. Overall a pleasant church with a welcoming and happy community.

We were visiting Solvang and had a lovely tour of the sanctuary by the Admin. who just happened upon us. We learned so many things about the beautiful building. We were also able to hear the amazing organ as the organist was practicing that day! Thank you!!
