I was starving this morning while running errands so I stopped in for Dunkin’ Donuts and saw Bernie-S. A few fresh bagels sounded great. I ordered a sesame bagel with cream cheese and an everything bagel with lox cream cheese. $8.50 My sesame had tomato, which was the order in front of me, but I liked it and would add it in the future. Who knew 😉 They were both delicious. I will stop in another day to try the deli. I believe it was the owners working there so I definitely support this business more!
I recommend Bernie-S Bagel. 😇😇😇

I ordered eggs Benedict and they came back so runny. I told them that I never had them like this before and they gave me an attitude. I ordered just eggs and sausage and twenty minutes later no food. I said forget it and they were very rude. They end up charging me for food I didn’t eat. I questioned it and the girl had an attitude and said you ordered it. Never again will I go and do yourself a favor and not go there either!

Warning!! New owners have taken over. I ordered a chicken cutlet sandwich which was unfortunately unseasoned and burnt. The mayo on the sandwich was also watered down, which made the sandwich quite unappetizing. I also tried some food from the buffet table. The beans tasted like they were straight from the can, and the pasta was overcooked with a cheap, watered-down sauce. Furthermore, the beef stew had unwashed, mushy, and limp broccoli. I was disappointed with the quality of the food and didn't think it was worth my money.

Been coming here for months, but came in with my boyfriend this morning to order two breakfast sandwiches. He brought in an apple juice he purchased elsewhere yet when we were being rung up he tried to charge us for the juice and when we clarified it wasn’t from there he repeatedly asked if we were sure And began to insinuate that we could have stolen…. An apple juice……. Definitely never coming back and would recommend spending your money at a non discriminatory place.

Super happy we chose to go here instead of Dunkin! Staff was super nice and courteous, coffee was decent, and my bagel sandwich was soooo good. Husband had a pancake platter and I will say pancakes are not their specialty, but it was ok enough to finish. We enjoyed it all while getting nostalgic over the Price is Right playing on the TV 🤣

It’s really upsetting that I drove across town to go to this specific deli to buy breakfast from them. I’ve been going there for years. All in all I was told there were no more rolls for my sandwich and did I want it on a bagel. I kindly let the gentleman know that I did not want it in a bagel and whether or not I can have it on a croissant due to the fact that there were no rolls. The gentleman told me that there would be an additional cost due to it being on a croissant. In my opinion I did not think that was fair. I asked The gentleman if it was possible to remove the fee due to the inconvenience and I was told no . I understand they have a business to run and I’m not looking for any handouts although I do think great customer service is a must and feel there was room for some sort of compromise.

Be careful in how you order. I paid almost $10 for an egg sandwich. When I complained, I was told to not come back.
