DMV’s don’t have a fun and friendly reputation. Yesterday, I went to register my vehicle. I ended up talking to four people, which was fine and was handled fine. But Sandra was AMAZING. She not only helped me, but I overheard her helping multiple people, some of which English was not their first language. She was exceptionally kind, generous, detailed, patient, etc.She just helps make these tedious processes a little easier. On top of that, she gives out candy. What a GEM and kind heart!! Thank you Sandra! Your generosity makes a meaningful difference!! ☀️❣️😊

Efficient and fast work, the staff work quickly and efficiently like bees, a group of lovely people, it is recommended to change the equipment so that they don't have to shout the number loudly, make payment more convenient, so that they can relax, every time they come they are happy and comfortable, thank you again Ms. Cindy

Chitra needs to learn how to conduct yourself in a more professional way despicable attitude just disgusting as if she doesn't want to be bothered. Gets up walks away without saying anything just to go gossip with somebody else. This is my first time I've dealt with anybody with this type of demeanor. Do better Chitra.

I never thought I’d rate a DMV, but this was an easy and fast experience with lovely employees. We changed our license and plates and registered to vote, all in under 45 minutes. We called ahead and they helped us gather the right docs.

Moving to Bentonville you’ll typically meet humble polite people from my experience, that is until you meet Ashlyn at the DMV. Was registering two cars and getting our license and I have never felt so judged and belittled before. The kicker is she will argue with you when she has no idea what she’s talking about. Told me that I have to pay taxes on my car in Two different states and that the other state WILL come after me… I was dumbfounded and how confidently she wrongly gave incorrect info that made her look so ridiculous. I had to just let her do her thing HOPING she wouldn’t make mistakes or over charge….. well, She over charged by $300 and has no place in the public helping others. Everyone else at the DMV, lovely. Ashlyn though she will piss you off enough that you’ll take time to write a review.

I brought in my Minnesota birth certificate to get a real ID and they refused it because it was signed/certified by the county. On Minnesotas website it states that you can get a certified copy at any county office. So now I have to send off for another one. What a waste of my time & money!
