I suffered a stroke 3 years ago, and Benevilla is such a great place for an adaptive gym. You feel such a camaraderie with fitness classes with others are also working for their goals. Lori, Rudy, and Coach Briggs are fantastic. When you walk in you can definitely feel the compassion an and inspiration. Recommend this place to anybody for confidence and better quality of life.

So many great resources provided by Benevilla. We have personally benefited from Purposeful Playgroup and both our girls have attended the Wirtzie's Child Development Center. All of the staff are so caring and helpful.
