Alison is so helpful, patient and knowledgeable. She went above and beyond in helping us plan and design an in-law addition, especially with the kitchen and bathroom. I would highly recommend working with her. She made a stressful process much easier by always being available and willing to talk through the concerns and logistics. Christina Fay and her Team were absolutely amazing to deal with. Incredible communicators! They also helped me remedy an issue that was well past a reasonable window of time because my project was on hold and we found an issue when we finally unboxed everything. I highly recommend her team. They checked in throughout my project and even sent me a hand written holiday card! Nice work, the world needs more of this.

I’ve been a customer at bender plumbing supply for the past 15 years throughout my career. The last 2 years as an owner/operator of my own business. Alison has been a great resource for myself and my clientele for picking out fixtures for remodels/such. I highly recommend seeing her in the showroom at the Waterbury location! I recently worked with Maya Wilson on a complete remodel of my master bathroom. We purchased probably 90% of the items from Bender. She was very knowledgeable of what we would need, what products complemented each other, and was very efficient with our time. Despite being a high end show room, the prices were very competitive based on manufacturer msrp and the prices I found from other vendors. I’ll be back for future projects.
