This is by far the best inpatient adult psychiatric hospital. The nurses are extremely knowledgeable. The patients engage in art therapy and other groups. The food is top quality considering it is “hospital food”. The social workers were also very helpful. All around very caring and this is like the Hilton of inpatient hospitals.

I missed an appointment, so they are charging me 100 and I cant get a refill until I pay in person and make another appointment. I live about an hour away, and I am epileptic with ptsd. I haven't had my medicine in a week, and I am prone to seizures they know that. But I think money is more important than my health. Because of that I took time to write this review for others. The office lady's are really nice and super cool, other than that 1 star and I hope they see this.

Dr. Oshodi seems to have her own cancellation policy - not in line with the hospital's 24 hour rule and not shared with us as patients until she blacklisted us from her late appointments. We started seeing her because of her 6 and 7pm appointments. We cancelled once, giving 24 hours notice due to illness. We cancelled 2 other times 2 weeks prior to an appointment. The next time I tried to make an appointment at 6 or 7 I was told "The Dr's notes say "this patient not to be seen after 5pm"". I then found out she refused to see us for late appointments because we had cancelled.

I spoke to the assistant director, who tried to move my son to a Nurse Practitioner who would only see him at 4pm.

We were driving 45 minutes each way.

Was turned away and told they were not accepting new patients. This is help? It is so tiring looking for help when this is what you get all the time. No stars.
