This review is about the Apt manager of JSC Properties LLC 968 South 1st Ave, Yuma AZ 85364. Her name is Terry Westmorland McAughey. I moved in here on the 3rd of February 2024. Ask for copy of rental agreement and she later on gives me a copy where most of the pages are almost blank. I have called her twice about a water leak and a sewer problem. Both times she said after I seen her outside that she never got my messages. She puts old particle board and junk in front of my apartment. Has lied to me several times. And has been very disrespectful to me. I am 67 years old and disabled. And that's just a few things I have mentioned.

I was so disappointed to know what this karate place larios offers. I saw great reviews and decided to enroll my children. Was completely mislead. It is advertised on one site that there are 6 instructors I never saw one instructor teach. A older overweight student of his taught. This man Mr. Larios is 70 years old now so I don't know if because of his age now he doesn't teach or has the same passion and quality to give. So it was not a professional teaching but a student. The studio had no AC. I noticed that the 4 times my boys attended the AC was never turned on and this was in May when it's already hot out. There was only one water break allowed and this was a privilege that had to be earned. The older student man who instructed was very overweight and never stretched the children out or physically engaged in any type of physical activity. In the sessions I anticipated the AC to be turned on and to actually see someone there actually teach an art. Also this instructor belittle any mother who showed concerns. Stating we were mother's who did not know how to raise children smh. Very shocked

RSR Roofing just completed a repair to our roof in spite of the heat. Davin Rich was very courteous and forthright in what would be done and gave an honest price. He came out to the house while we were home to explain the procedure to us. We had contacted another leading company in Yuma. Apparently someone came out and looked at the house as we received a cost for the job and were expected to pay the whole amount up front before they would even start the job. When we asked for someone to come and explain what they were doing for this amount they didn't call back and didn't come out. The young men who did the work were courteous and we think it is a very good job. They cleaned up their mess before they left every day and at the end of the job they left it clean. We certainly would recommend this company to anyone who wanted their roof worked on.

Roofing Technologies put a complete new roof on August 2018. We had wind damage but no interior damage. After new roof, September 2018 we had interior damage due to improper size roof vent installed. Did not come back until January 2019 to repair. Still not installed properly. We have contacted Phoenix regarding his license & bonding. Ray Wolff has Never been inside our home to see interior damage. We now fear Mold & Mildew in our ceiling, for the entire length of home. Just a Nightmare!!!!

Do not trust or give any patronage to the owner of the Old Town Wine Cellar, Mike! He physically assaulted my 13 year old son that has special needs on 10/31/2022!

On 10/31/2022, I took all of my kids to trick or treat in our neighborhood from 6-7pm. My younger son, Aycer, has autism. At the start of our evening, Aycer was excited to get to wear his favorite nascar driver’s jumpsuit and carry his blue pumpkin to collect treats.

I was walking with my kids and I waited at the edge of the yard while they were collecting treats. Aycer had a care provider with him tonight to coach him on safety and appropriate social interactions with our neighbors. We were having a fun time walking up to the houses and enjoying our friendly neighborhood community.

However, when Aycer went up to Mike and Sharon Perry’s house to say trick or treat and reached into Mike’s candy bowl, Mike immediately grabbed Aycer’s hand aggressively and forcibly pulled his fingers back.

Aycer’s provider was telling Mike that Aycer has autism but Mike didn’t release Aycer’s hand until he was crying and his knees were bending down towards the ground from the pain. At the same time Mike was telling Aycer not to try to grab anymore or else next time…
Mike didn’t tell Aycer sorry, just closed the door on him.

As soon as Aycer could start walking again, I took all my kids straight back to our home.
When I went back and confronted Mike afterwards, Mike’s only response was “I’m sorry, he just made me angry!”.

Aycer is 13 years old chronologically and much younger cognitively. This is a completely unacceptable way to treat ANY child!

I filed a report with the police and pressed charges. I give my kids consequences when they misbehave and Mike needs consequences to learn a serious lesson in how to behave as a grown up!

We needed over 300’ of concrete curbing removed and replaced in our backyard. I contacted Alta Sierra Landscaping in Somerton. The owner, Jose Ramirez, came to our home, revised the project and e- mailed me an estimate within three days. We contracted with him and we are more than pleased with his quality of work, the professionalism and the clean up afterwards. Being a licensed contractor was one of the big selling points of contracting with Alta Sierra.

Chrysler dealership in yuma lied and said my ac had a leak in the evaporator and compressor and wanted to charge me 3300.00. Took it to Campbell's auto they said there was not leaks. Fixed my car for 400.00. Don't go to Chrysler ever

South West RV Guy, they are as crooked as they come. I asked many times by text for a price, none coming. I text because this RV GUY is not honest and I wanted a record of price and terms. He is a SCAMMER STAY AWAY!
