Did you know that BBB company is a complete scam? They sell you a sticker and acreditation that your company is the best! But you pay for the fact that you are the best not for the real things. But no one looks reputation at this BBB, now everyone looks at Google reviews. And this BBB is just a money pump and they do not guarantee anything. When you paying for membership, they can change your reviews to better ones or remove them over time. They also do not help you attract your clients. My friend paid them 500 a month and when he had problems with a client, they immediately refused to help. And in general, no one knows or notices the BBB brand anymore because it is old and not promoted, and if I see BBB label from some local business, I immediately give this business a 1-star review because it is a bought reputation and fraud! Do not get involved, it is not worth it! similar business with YELP. Google about BBB and everything will become clear to you at once!

BBB used to be good, they no longer working the way they used to.
Update ; I can’t believe BBB respond with the standard replies, which has no reality there is no improvement but lost the value and credibility and protects enterprise interest as they feed them with their charity, representatives don’t even read the complaints simply close the concerns with incorrect responses and this has recently been started as incompetent people are working for the Org just to let you know if you continue doing what you doing people will have no faith on bbb and you will close your non profit org

We have been clients for 10 years. We paid $500 per month. Of course, if you have a bad review, they will change it to a good one. Or help you fix it while you are accredited with them. There are all sorts of promotions and awards. All this is nonsense. You pay for something you don’t understand. There is no help from them and according to the survey, only 10% of all our clients know what BBB is, but no one trusts them anymore! Everyone trusts Google and Google reviews. BBB is just a waste of money. Well, they sometimes posted advertisements for us on Google incompetently and stupidly. I did not get any useful experience from them. We unsubscribed and do not want to hear about them anymore!

This business offered to help my father and I purchase appliance at a better price. They took the money upfront and didn't deliver as promised. When asked for the money back, they said yes but still have not paid. They are also operating the business without a business license. They have done this before.

I'd like to share my poor experience i had with M&H Movers.
they charge professional rates for either inexperienced worker or they are purposely stalling work to get paid more. everytime me or my family looked in their truck, the 2 workers where starring at each other. Either they did not know how to load or they purposely stalled making a 3 hour job into 5. In addition they took a 30 minute lunch break while my family waited to help unload,, once again stalling the work from 3 to 5 hours. I only asked for a refund of my deposit ($100) but should have been $260 ($130 per hour) but i was refused. M&H Movers is the worst customer service department i have EVER delt with, without a satisfactory resolution. The manager would not even return my call. They do not deserve to be listed under the BBB

Eco-line forces customers to pay in full up front. When I asked why, I was told Eco-line uses the highest quality products and uses highly trained, skilled installers. I have been in a dispute with Eco-line for over one year due to the carnage left due to inferior installation. In the end, I have a door with glass from an old damaged door. During Eco-line's multiple visits to fix their mistakes, they caused several areas of paint damage. Why am I getting screwed?
Doesn't seem like a company that claims they want to build long term relationships with their customers.
Much more to follow!!
