Our older son started playing volleyball at Bay to Bay Volleyball Club seven years ago after playing for two other volleyball clubs. He played on team2 for two years then moved up to team 1. His team won the 2018 National Championship and he is now playing in college. It was an incredibly rewarding experience. Our younger one also joined Bay four years ago.
Bay to Bay club is very organized and communicates very well with teams and parents. Coaches are good and directors are very passionate about volleyball. The club has excellent programs including not only in-door volleyball, but also sand volleyball, grass volleyball, additional skill training, etc. Both our sons love and enjoy the programs and learnt a lot. We enjoy being part of Bay’s extended family and highly recommend Bay to Bay to anyone who is interested in playing volleyball.

The best volleyball club both my son, my husband and I experienced. Because we could not commute with demanding jobs, my older son went to different clubs closing to home. But I wished I send him to this club. Now my younger son has been with this club for 4 years and absolutely love it. As the first generation of immigrant family, this club gives us the opportunity to meet great coaches, friendly teammates and parents. Great team work culture here. Kids work hard and play hard. Lots of great people and great influence. The training is definitely very high level, push kids to challenge themselves to learn and grow. Competitive in a healthy way. My son surely love it and build strong passion for volleyball and this club.

This review is for their Saturdays volleyball at Foothill; there is lot of focus on travel team; as a result training teams are neglected
- they barely start at 8am, for first session parents have to wait pass 8 am for gym to be opened
- session is supposed to last until 9.30; but travel team players start occupying courts from 9; and they start interfering with training team trainings;
- effective training is less than an hour
-it’s over crowded with 1 coach to 12 kids

Three years with Bay to Bay Volleyball Club, the only regret is not joining earlier. My two boys are passionate about volleyball, Bay to Bay is like a second home for them. The club is very well managed, the coaches are very nice. I could feel that my younger son is looking up to his coach with great respect and admiration. Very glad that he could grow up with a role model in his mind.
It's not just volleyball, not just physical growth for the boys, it's beyond. Winning or losing, cheers or tears, priceless memories were made. I'm sure the memories of the very first National championships on the rainbow court at Dallas will hold dearly.
With two high school boys' busy academic schedule, I observe how they manage their time and prioritize things, taking care of both school and year round volleyball. The volleyball journey is helping shape them to become responsible young men. Very grateful and looking forward to the years to come.

The Houlihan's run a great program. In 2018 they were rated the #2 indoor club in the NATION based on USA Volleyball Junior Nationals medal count performance. They also run the largest boys-only beach volleyball club in the country out of West Valley College. Bay to Bay is doing great things for Northern California volleyball!

My son was accompanying his friend during a volleyball tryout at Bay to Bay when he fell in love with the sport and decided to give it a try. We heard Bay to Bay is a competitive club, but when we joined, it felt like being welcomed to a big family. The club director and coaches are truly passionate about the sport and about growing each player to become his better self as well as a good team player. It is a very supportive, energetic environment, with everything well organized and well communicated. My son has improved tremendously for the past two years, not only on volleyball skillsets but also in sportsmanship and work habits, thanks to the skills and strength trainings, indoor and sand practices, and all the tournaments Bay takes the teams to. We couldn't be happier for the experience with Bay, would highly recommend it to any family looking for a competitive, structured, and fun sports club for the kids.

My son attended an advanced youth group clinic recently, and my son thoroughly enjoyed the well organized drills. As popular as Bay is, it’s expected to have a good crowd, but the clinic had a nice flow, no lulls. My son learned and refreshed on some fundamentals during the spring break for club VBall, and he had a great work out still. Highly recommend.

My son showed an interest in Volleyball after playing for his school. He signed up for a clinics/camps this summer and the coaching staff has been amazing. He is trying out and is very excited about possibly playing for the club. It's amazing to see how the coaches get them excited about the sport. Regardless of the outcome, he has had a great summer and loves a new sport.
