I went 2 nights in a row to grab ice cream for family. The first night there was a young girl working and she was very polite and friendly. The 2nd night we went the young man was reserved. The ice cream was delicious (it’s ice cream how can it be bad). I do love the convenience of this location. There is outdoor seating here and generous parking.

Ordered ice cream cone of rocky road and it tasted freezer burn. The marshmallows tasted stale. I asked for a replacement and explained why. She said unfortunately no. We'd have to charge you, but I can give you a discount. I told her no, refund my money for the transaction. She then said she had to ask her manager. About 5 minutes later, she came back and switched it to another flavor, which tasted off and I threw it away. We will not be back.

It’s Baskin Robbins , so it already sells itself with their ice cream but this review is mainly for the girl who helped us whose name I believed was Alexandria. It was last Friday night that we walked in to the store and it had several customers waiting to be served. Alexandria at the time was the only one working and she served everyone quickly with door dashers waiting for their orders, samples being requested, scooping , and making shakes.. she was moving quickly but was not short of smiling, making nice conversation to customers, and thanking them. We were a party of 7 and when she got to us her co worker arrived to help. With then a group of 5 fire fighters coming in and several other people. I would hope that they would staff maybe more employees on the weekends so they don’t get so bombarded with only one or two people working being so very busy. So thank you very much Alexandria for your tremendous customer service! Keep up the great work and hopefully you get commended for it and it will make us comeback!

Let me start by saying how disappointed I am. I ordered one scoop in a cup with a cone on top. The cone came wrapped in paper, but as I started eating, I discovered the paper was stuck to the cone. By this time, I had already bitten into it, as you can see in the picture.

I went back to the counter and kindly asked the staff member to replace the cone because it had paper glued to it. She apologized but said they couldn't replace it because I had already eaten part of it. How am I supposed to know if the paper is stuck unless I start eating?

What a disappointment.

They closed early tonight. We drove about 15 minutes out of our way to get some ice cream and arrived 8 minutes before closing. We were going to run in for a couple of scoops of ice cream to go. They had turned off the open sign, locked the doors, and started mopping. I attempted to open the door only to be told that, "we closed early tonight." I pointed to my watch and the open sign and the young man mopping turned his head and continued mopping.

I am all for getting closing jobs done early so you can get home but it is frustrating to be turned away and then ignored during business hours.

Got a mint chocolate chip Mint! Got a white drink. Customer service not the greatest girl who helped me walked away and her co worker took over the register and asked if he could help And I said sure I was waiting on my receipt he said ok a goes to the trash where the girl threw it away and read the order and asked if it was mine🤷🏻‍♀️I said no so he was going back to look for it again I said it’s ok nevermind😂I’ve never in my life left a bad review for anyone but come on🤦🏻‍♀️I didn’t bother asking why my drink was the wrong color or why it didn’t taste the way it should. I was over it. No napkins nothing. I just left.

When I walked in with my family of 11 and saw two sloppy looking teenagers working, I was worried that this wouldn't go well. But I was happily surprised that these two high school age workers were super helpful, great with the kids, and even with looking up some allergy concerns. The store was clean. Ice cream good. I have no complaints. A good place to stop.
