My Mom was in the rehab wing of Autumn Care for a month. Jan, Pam, the nurses, all of the staff could not have been better. If she had any issue or concerns, they handled it. The nurses took very good care and made her feel valued. I appreciate the nurses going above and beyond to make her feel loved.

Very disappointed in Autumn Care. It is certainly not the place it used to be. Not enough help. Not very clean. A family member spent 2 years there a few years ago and it was much better. The person I visit now is not given good care. He is unable to feed himself very well and he has no help doing so.

My mother was in care there for about 15 mins she had been transferred from the hospital my mother was a terminal patient we knew that she did not have a lot of time left the nurse came in Pam gave her morphine my mother died. I asked Pam the nurse how much she had given she said 2.5 ml which we had been giving her that at home. I told her no you gave her more than that she finally told me she had given her 5 ml. She had lied. I know this doesn't bring my mother back but I would never have sent my mother there the facility is dirty there's a duck pond out front feces everywhere I steppedt in it as my sister did as well. This was a traumatic experience. I had planned on taking my mother home the next day when I seen this facility but unfortunately she didn't survive.

My mother was taken there on August 12 of this year. It was an emergency situation. She died within 15 minutes after getting to her room. The pictures of this place is deceiving! There is a pond beside of it and geese were all in the front of the facility. Geese crap was everywhere you stepped! This has got to be the worst place I have ever been too. I wouldn't take a animal there. If you have a family member there I hope you will keep a check on them. These pictures are not what I saw! All I can tell you is Beware of this place. Know will probably see this post. I pray someone does. And I pray for all the residents there.

My sister is skilled care. The staff are professional and very kind. They call me promptly when there are changes in her behavior, medical needs, safety suggestions, and drug needs or changes. Staff in her section constantly monitor her. Staff not in her area speak kindly to her when passing.
I visit her, but the staff monitors her 24/7. Keeping me quickly informed insures peace of mind and allows me to travel to see my family a long drive away more often.

My husband is a Vietnam Vet and because of Agent .he has had a lot of trouble with his health....one of them being his legs . He had to have them Amputated above the knee's on April 12,2015.My husband was sent Autumn Care April 20th 2015 for Rehab . He was the till June 9th ... They have the Best Staff . They treat their Patience with respect and the food is also good..They are all so friendly to everyone .they make you feel so comfortable . House keeping was always helpful and johnny on the spot when you needed anything. The Rehabilitation Staff was great They Helped my husband a lot . Candi & Leanne were so good with my husband ...Blanch , You couldn't ask for a better Case worker ...She was the best ...We miss you all ...

Jan Lilly really went above and beyond with her service of my mother. She gave me all of the information I needed, without me even knowing what to ask for! I have encountered people in her same position at other nursing facilities and they have never been as helpful as Ms. Lilly.
