I was recommended to Vince Bonnemere by Hillcrest Woods in La Verne (my mom was in rehab there after gall bladder surgery). He contacted me right away and showed me several board and care homes for my 93 year old mom who was in failing health since the surgery. He was very informative and showed great concern for my mom being placed in the right place. He contacted me several times over the 3 weeks she was there to make sure the staff was taking good care of her. There was an issue with the food which he helped straighten out. Unfortunately, my mom passed away after a little over 3 weeks being there.
Vince was kind, caring and I can't thank him enough for helping mom and me with this transition.
