My husband has been on hospice care for eight months and I can’t say enough about the personnel we have interacted with during this time. So professional and caring. There is one outstanding nurse that went beyond the standard. RN Karoline Bigelm is not only professional and caring but very intuitive and interacting; one of those rare nurse that goes beyond the norm. She found my husbands breathing problems were related to anxiety and fear of death. She put us in touch with Abish our second angle. Between them they have improved my husbands quality of life and his attacks are much fewer. We are so happy to have this pair at our home. In fact we would adopt them if possible. Thanks for everything!!!

Our team was professional, loving, caring and compassionate. We were blessed to work with a regular care team that was 5 star, but as we transitioned to 24 hour care, we encountered a couple of exceptions (3.5-4 star), but even they could not diminish the exceptional standards set forth by the rest of the team. I will be forever grateful for the services Assisted provided that allowed our mom to be surrounded by love and to stay in her home. Special thanks to our Assisted family: Dr Mobasseri, Nurses: Lisa, Amanda, Cathy, Molly, and Cheryl. Natalie our soc worker, Corine, our spiritual warrior and Zulma for her caring hands. I could not have helped my mom transition from home without your help. Prayers of gratitude, blessings and strength to all of you for your continued great work.

I cannot say enough good things about the care my mother and our family received from our Assisted team as my mom ended her journey on earth. In a comparatively short time, Nurse Kelly, Judy, Dalia, and Betsy became a part of our family, always in contact with us and supporting my mom. They treated her with compassion and respect and allowed her to pass with a maximum of dignity. Having just switched from a horrendous experience with Vitas Hospice, the time spent with Assisted was like a godsend. I highly recommend Assisted for the care of your loved ones, when hospice care becomes necessary.

The visiting nurse who has assisted me, Corrieann, is very efficient, observant, and pleasant to work with. She has assisted in connecting with the prescribing doctor and facilitating services. She brings sense of calm assurance that assists in quick healing.

The care takers are fine the office does not know what it is doing. my insurance changed and they billed the wrong codes. then expect me to pay for their mistakes. not right or fair.
