I've been in this store three times all having been a good experience. Until today I went in as usual with my service dog and got stopped at the door and got asked for papers (NOT REQUIRED IN THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA) and though out my short stay i got stop 4 times by all the workers including the Manger. The last person who stopped me, not even wearing a uniform and start yelling and harrrassing me about my dog and asking really personal and uncomfortable questions. Will NOT come back .

An extremely rude employee denied me entrance to the thrift shop because she said my stroller wagon was too big if she had said it kindly I wouldn’t have a mind I made it halfway into the store when she screamed at me I could come in I have 3 small children so it’s a necessity I go everywhere with my stroller and I have never been denied entrance or service to a store very disappointed I will never be back and let it be known they refuse mothers with stroller wagons 0 stars .there was, however, a very kind elderly woman that allowed me in at first the horrid 60something-year-old women denied me entrance horrible customer service if you're going to volunteer maybe not be so miserable valley thrift is better and 10 x more cluttered and I’ve never had a problem .

Very friendly volunteers, well organized, good sales and decent selection of items considering how small the store is. They're only open Tue & Fri, but I'm not sure if that's a regular thing or if it has to do with covid. The limited hours may possibly explain how busy it was when I went.

A decent Assistance League thrift store for the area. Nice selection of women’s clothing, especially designer labels, but get there when it opens, it gets crowded fast - customers coming from the other thrift store across the street (also crowded) from it, why this one too gets crowded for the small space, long lines & some people don’t follow the layout of where line should be, they scatter & there’s 2-3 lines merging from them trying to cut in. Sad because I saw a disabled gentleman trying to get through, yelling “excuse me” several times, but they either ignored him or didn’t understand him - yeah everyone knows what he was trying to do, so likely were ignoring him. The other annoyance, people trying clothes allover & in narrow spaces/aisles (because of Covid, dressing rooms closed), but it was ridiculous, there were spaces away from there they could have gone to, example Mens/teen section were empty.

The ladies working there are sweet little ladies trying their best to organizing and keeping people moving. I’d go back but only when it opens.
