Great place, neat finds, and the staff are lovely.
But I was not prepared for how much this book section would bother me. Who decided that combining history and historical fiction was a good idea?
Also: Still leery of 'tested/works' with no return policy since both the items i got took some considerable fiddling to get working.

The store has some really beautiful pieces, however the ladies at the register are pretty nasty. I asked if they could hold something for me and she preceded to tell me they do not hold items for customers. As Im starring at a whole section for customer holds right next to the register. Needless to say I will not be checking out with her again, I rather wait for another cashier than deal with her again. Just terrible customer service.

Loved the old location, but the new one is so much better! Enjoyed my visit today and revved about this place to all my vintage fine china loving friends.
Got a lot of puzzles and nice yarn, jewelry selection was nice too.

It’s a very organized and clean thrift store, and all volunteers there are so kind and warm. We have visited this place two times within a week, besides several dishes, we all so get a 3 seat sofa with only $300!

It’s definitely a place we will visit from time to time😊

This is the best thrift store in Charlotte. The volunteers at Assistance League spend so much time curating, cleaning and organizing the items here and it shows! I’ve found so many nice quality things here and the prices are so affordable.

What sets Assistance League apart from other thrift stores in the area is the superior quality and cleanliness of their inventory, especially considering their lower prices compared to other stores.

They’re only open a few days a week but this limited schedules seems to help maintain a well-stocked inventory. I have nothing but positive things to say about this fantastic thrift store.

I couldn’t afford the 2500. Vet bill to have my dogs teeth cleaned and one extraction. Fortunately, someone recommended SFA it took a long time, but we got it done for 295. And my little girl is feeling 100%. Thank you so much for bringing there for those of us who love or animals but live on SS.
