They are prompt with returning phone calls and scheduling pick-ups. The young man and woman who came to pick up my donations were prompt. They did an excellent job moving and loading the furniture. This is a wonderful organization, and I highly recommend them when looking for a charity to donate to.

This is a great store for our community. You need to go on frequently because the inventory constantly changes. You never know what you might find.
The employees are always rushing around, but gladly stop to help a customer.
I donated a desk and the young man who got it out of my van was very friendly and made sure not to scratch the desk or my van.
I love how there profits help the community!!

This place is a rip off. If you buy something there, you better take it home with you that second. If you buy something and say you’ll pick it up later that day or the next day, they will sell it again even with a sold sticker on it. Or they are just letting people rip off your sold tag- leaving you with just an option for a refund and no product. Will never shop here again.

Truly the worst experience I've ever had after walking around the store for an hour to find what I needed the bed frame I found apparently belong to something else funny how it was in my buggy for almost 30 minutes as I shop and when I went to ring it up I bought that in another item paid for it and then a lady comes out of nowhere saying no you can't buy that it belongs to another set after I had already paid for it was the problem they decided to find me another set of bed rails well as I told you I was looking for an hour there was none so then I had to try to get my money refunded and leave this left the worst feeling as I was told this place would have what I needed and yet I was run off by an old lady who didn't know what the hell she was doing you do not take a customer's item back after they paid for it and trying to walk out the door that's just not good business needless to say you have lost my business forever this place sucks I would not recommend it to nobody

There are very sweet volunteers. Even though we were strangers they were cordial and kind. Lots of items at a fair price. Love to support their mission...building homes for people that need the assistance. Thank you for all you do.

Great selection that is constantly changing. Pricing is better than other habitat for humanity's I've been to. Highly recommend if you are remodeling or just to browse
