I was recommended to Ash Law by a friend when I didn’t know where to go to file for disability. Thankful for the recommendation. Monica and Melanie were great, and helped me understand how and what to do when I got loads of paperwork in the mail, and assured me everything was going to be okay. I even received an after hours call back from Scot, much to my surprise.

Mr Scott Ash with Ash law firm was very easy to understand he explained everything to me as if I was a young child which made it extremely easy for me to understand what he was discussing about my case and out of 20 something years that I've been fighting for disability you showed me from the beginning that I was going to receive it and I sure enough I'm receiving my SSI now thank you Ash law firm for being there for me when no one else was

I hired this firm because I had heard nothing but good things about them. However, in the past year I've talked to my attorney maybe a total of 10 minutes, everything I've called to talk to the attorney they gave me, there's always some excuse as to why he can't take my call, nd I've never not even once relieved a return phone call. And lastly, the thing I've really got an issue with, is the fact that I had already done all the leg work and information gathering for him, all he had to do is show up for court and represent me....he was in the same building as me that day, but he was not present during my hearing to do the job I hired him to do. Instead, I had some attorney represent me that I didn't know that received my file the morning of my hearing. I felt as if this stand in attorney didn't represent me to the best of his ability like he should have and was unsure of who he was really representing to be honest. Now I'm sure this can't be the case with everyone employed there, however I will not be sending any business their way. I am completely dissatisfied with their business.

My son was in a horrific head-on collision and sustained a traumatic brain injury leaving him mentally challenged. My son was “lost” in that accident even though he lived but SSA denied his disability twice. Hiring Scott Ash for our last appeal was the answer to a prayer. He and Monica were professional, knowledgeable and gracious in every way. A favorable decision would not have been realized if it weren’t for their dedication to helping the disabled.
