I loved the sincerity, hunger, and presence of God I felt when I came. There is something very special here! People really want to grow and experience God in a very real way. I love the home groups! The once a month pot locks are a great way to connect while eating come delicious home made food. Excited about the outreaches. I love that it’s a young church but open and serious about waking in the ways of the Lord.
It’s a great place start walking into what God has called you to walk into.

Wow I can’t stress enough how thankful I am for Ascend church community. My husband and I had a very complicated twin pregnancy last year and the whole step of the way Ascend church has been in intercession and support. Not once did we feel alone or in fear. Not only did they lift us in prayer but when twins were born, everyone was eager to help in the best way that they could. Thank you Ascend church community for your blessings, whether it was in prayer, finances or your time. We love this church.

I moved to NC just about a month ago. I don’t have family here so it was just my husband and I. We went to Ascend our first week here and I’ve never experienced such an intentional welcome. From the first meet, we were treated as close friends and family and invited to lunches, dinners, and home gatherings. Now we’ve personally had an interaction with everyone from Ascend and it’s such a good community with constant events for all ages. Even if you don’t know anyone or you don’t feel you fit in, you’ll find a home and family in Ascend.
