Exceptional Service at R & S Sportswear on Jamaica Avenue!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting R & S Sportswear, and I must say, my experience was outstanding. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by multiple employees, each one wearing a warm smile that instantly made me feel welcome.

What truly impressed me was the level of attention and care each staff member provided, not only to me but to every customer who entered the store. It was evident that they genuinely valued each individual and took the time to ensure everyone felt special. I observed their interactions closely, and it was clear that their approach to service was nothing short of exemplary.

After purchasing a jacket last week, I unfortunately lost a Few of my buttons and decided to go back to the store to address it. Their response was exceptional! The staff handled my concern with professionalism and understanding, quickly offering solutions that made me feel valued and appreciated. They went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied, which only reinforced my positive impression of their customer service.

I left R & S Army Navy feeling appreciated and satisfied, and I can confidently say that their service is a remarkable part of their brand. If you're looking for a store that prioritizes exceptional customer care, look no further than R & S Army Navy! Highly recommended!

EDIT: I am updating my review with an increased rating as a result of the excellent customer service by Amy (customer loyalty team) who was exceptionally helpful during the process. My jacket has now been shipped, resolving most of my issues. Despite being flooded with orders the employees have all been remarkably nice and transparent with reasons for delays, which is refreshing. With the excellent pricing on their products (alpha industries jackets especially) I will definitely continue to give them business.

(OLD REVIEW) I purchased an Alpha Industries bomber jacket from here, as it is a relatively small business and I figured being one state away, shipping would be smooth. Unfortunately after almost a month I still haven't received my jacket, and seemingly it hasn't even shipped. It took them close to 2 weeks to even inform me my color selection was out of stock (which they did at least gladly substitute upon request), and yet now a week later I STILL haven't heard anything.

The employees are very nice and seemingly helpful, but clearly this place is understaffed and it's ridiculous to do online business when you can't even ship packages within a month of purchase. If I hear nothing soon I will unfortunately have to demand a refund.

An old friend of mine works there and she's always been the friendliest and most accommodating employee there. She has red hair. You'll recognize her right away. And I love their products for work. Thick socks, good boots and sturdy workwear. 10/10

Owner is aggressive and rude to customers. Employees were so busy with inventory nobody offered to help. When I brought a shirt down from up high the owner yelled at his employees and yelled at me. I’ll never support this business again. Terrible customer service and owner obviously has issues. Avoid shopping here.

I don't know the young lady's name who helped me today I stopped in for some jeans sox sneakers she was very nice and helpful the store is very well stocked I will definitely be returning very satisfied...👍

I went to the store to purchase a backpack, a guy let me check out couple of bags. I got one they had. I also purchased a camo shirt online with them. I received the shirt in couple of days. I saw a tactical pen, better than the one I have that I had to replace. Overall the service from everyone in the store was great!! I definitely will come back to the store.
