I have made connections, gained knowledge, and received direct assistance that has positively impacted immigrants in my network. I love that you can just walk-in and most usually receive attention. Guadalupe is always so warm and friendly; I've really enjoyed getting to know her. I look forward to future visits and cannot say enough about this organization's efforts to assist the community. I feel like I'd be lost without it!

My experience with Arkansas United was far from satisfactory. I needed items translated and notorized and was told if I paid the $25 year dues I could then pay for my items to be translated and notorized. The first time it took almost two weeks and was told it would take a couple of days. I almost didn’t have my documents to take for my scheduled legal marriage in Mexico. The second time the lady in charge of translations (Ms. Chavez) never returned my calls and never was in the office when I would go by. I finally got a very kind lady there to translate it and then was told By Ms. Chavez That she couldn’t notorize it because her notary privileges had expired. So, after waiting two weeks again, I still do not have a notorized document. I am a US citizen and have knowledge of the US as a natural born citizen. I pray they take better care of immigrants who are relying on their services to try to make their way here.
