We stopped by to get a problem fixed because two payments have not been received. It was a 30 minute visit and after it was resolved, we left. The women here are always friendly and willing to help.

I had many, many questions and the agent/representative that worked with me answered all of them without rushing me through the appt. Not only that but she told me about a new medicaid program, gave me the application. If I'd have not gone there I'd have never known it existed. Now I'm just waiting to see if my application was accepted.
