ZERO stars!!
I wish I had read the reviews before enrolling my child. Their staff is rude. The behavioral technicians are always calling out and want to be coddled. Their supervisor Shelby, I think that's her name is very rude and will protect her staff rather than validate the clients concerns and offered no apologies to the unsatisfactory experience. I can see why they are not so popular.

I don't recommend this company.

Enough with the hoops for us families that have so many other challenges already! In 2021 we had one of their employees for our child for respite work. She was amazing but moved on within 6 months. This year we added our personal family hire and it has been nothing but hoop after hoop after hoop and no explanation of rules to our family. I called today and she said- this particular rule for transportation was explained in 2021. Now we have to jump another hoop. As a mom who needs things to go smoothly for the complicated child rearing we do, it is unbelievable that this organization makes things more challenging. Note most of their reviews are from employees... hmmm.

Great people, great services. I have been with ARCC for years, always great experience. I love how they involve all the community volunteer works! You will see them all over in SD involving disability community. Highly recommend!

Extremely rude staff. Zero stars.. We had a zoom call to get to know the services, jenny kept cutting us rudely. Saying they don't do zoom calls repeatedly (what would they schedule us one then?) until we mention she was being so UNPROFESSIONAL she got pissed and hung up on us and Jasmine followed to hang up on us. Stay away from this place. I wonder the patience and kindness they must have with kids with autism 🙄

All the 5 star reviews are from their employees 🤥🙄

It has been wonderful to have respite for more than 3 years with ARCC. Our family has been blessed with wonderful women to take care of our daughter. I have been able to catch up on daily chores, personal reading, and have my daughter enjoy the time spent with the respite worker. Thank you ARCC!

Jenny and the director should run a farm instead of this company! 🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩Honestly this company is not appreciative of being chosen. They come off as being victimized if a family shares their opinion, they dish out criticism about their families that they “help” but they don’t want constructive positive criticism towards them!
They send out emails to families asking for families to be respectful … in which I agree, everyone should be respectful but at the same time ARCC gets paid very well by the regional center and by families, the families that need respite need the respite for reasons and on top of doing just regular daily life we are under stress etc.
The supervisor and the director are very overly emotional and state to be professional! If this company has to send out emails to all of their families asking people to be courteous then maybe the company that gets paid so very well should DO BETTER at what their company and job description is.
It’s hard to get answers directly in the same day from this company when there really is only one serious of questions that pertains to respite care that families can ask! We Aren’t asking for your help. Because help is free! We are asking for you all to be professional and to have empathy for the families who are in crisis and who are in stress levels beyond words!
I, myself ,I’m not here to cater to anybody at the Arcc center I am not calling to accommodate anybody who answers the phones and is getting paid making a living doing so. I am a customer who expects to be treated as such and instead this company is stating that they are victims of the families verbal abuse etc!
Make your point clear but it’s not ok for you as a director and supervisor to be over emotional and when a customer comes to you and states wheat we don’t like you say well you can reach out to your regional coordinator and find another respite!
This company treats customers as we are disposable and they have no empathy or compassion . They answer phones with nice tones of voices but it’s not genuine.
This company wouldn’t even be in tact if our kids or family members we’rent born with multiple diagnoses that affect so much in families lives.
You Jenny and the supervisor like to take families complaints very personal, and then email families how abused you and your employees on site are by the families !
Ridiculous!
Please spend your money elsewhere if you want professional and compassion because this company literally doesn’t care about the people! They make so much money off of families that they don’t care if they lose a few families! It’s very sad!
They need and should have more training, but compassion and empathy are character based and these people lack that!
PAY ATTENTION TO THE OTHER REVIEWS!!
We as families don’t deserve to be treated rudely by people that should be actually doing their jobs! Answer questions! I never say that but I’m in misbelief how Jenny and this team are so VICTIMIZED BY THE FAMILES! It’s very weird and sad!! Pay another company not this one!

BEWARE! ARCC is absolutely horrible and unprofessional to say the very least. Jenny (the scheduling supervisor) & Yasmin (the senior supervisor) shouldn’t even be in this type of industry let alone supervisor levels given that they both hung up on me and my husband today & acted in ruthless, rude and disrespectful ways. They refused to talk about the unprofessional encounter we had today, incessantly cut us off and wouldn’t let us speak. Their absurd tactic in conversing is to talk over you and run their mouths the whole time so you can’t get a word in. When we tried to speak up, they both tried telling us how long the conversation has been when it’s been them talking the whole time. They are a complete joke run by young immature kids who think they know it all and don’t know a thing about customer care. We luckily were at the beginning of our contract so this experience saved us the trouble of finding out later on how horrendous they are to their clients. Save yourself & your precious family the trouble of dealing with these ridiculous people.
