Beautiful historical building. Very good rental prices if you're in need of a location to host an event or meeting! Definitely would recommend this venue to anyone. Add it to your places to check out in your search for a location for your event.

Staff were very nice and the facility was very cute, retro.

1 restroom had a door with a broken doorknob which didn't lock! Sorry, but there is NO EXCUSE for having restrooms which are to be used as CO-ED that DON'T LOCK!

The floors were dirty looking and could use some custodial polishing.

The building could also use some simple painting and simple upgrades.

I'm sure that the profits are high and this should be a given if you want good reviews for your facility.

Great overall experience. Unfortunately what brought me here was a reception for my late uncle who passed away. I did not deal with paper work my grandmother and dad did but they did relay that the process was simple, easy and price was great. Amazing building still in Arcadia with amazing history behind it.

It's like a civic club but more historic and posh at the same time 😁 about 175 people can fit in the main room. A small stage big enough for the audience. Kitchen facilities to warm up food. To the right of the entrance is a large room carpeted and has the feeling of visiting grandma's house. No drinks allowed in this section oooo lol don't park in apartment parking spots ur car will be towed. Off street parking is what we used.
