There is no inside to this location, it is simply a donation receiving center. You pull in, drive up to the awning, drop off the items you want to donate, and drive away. Quick and easy.

Cleanest and most organized Goodwill that I’ve been to. Super nice staff and always good stuff. All stores should model after this one. Hands down. There’s two ladies and a gentlemen at this location that completely make the difference. Salute to them.

Confusing and unfriendly staff. We checked the hours and it said open but there was a sign in the drive thru that said closed. However, the door was open and there was a staff person inside so we started unloading some donations and there was a point where we were unsure if everything was going to fit in the bin. The staff person wasn’t friendly at all and just gave us a rude “it’ll fit” and then proceeded to pretend we weren’t there. It would have been nice to ask us if we would need another bin. Disappointing experience. Definitely need some customer service training, ya’ll.

Terrible staff who are rude and unfriendly. They roll their eyes at you, don’t ask if you want a receipt, and witnessed them saying things like “I can’t take that lady.”

Stuff I’ve donated that are perfectly good kids games and toys I’ve seen in the dumpster. The whole point of donating is to provide for families and to save waste but they simply throw a lot away. Save yourself the frustration and time. Happy to not give them anything ever again.

The sign said they were open, but nobody would come to the door. I looked through the window of the door looking for someone, then this guy came out not saying a word, grabbed my bags and slammed the door.

We had a bunch of stuff to donate and during the time of COVID were having issues finding a place to do it. This place was super easy to get to and the drive thru had a lane for large and small vehicles! Super nice gentlemen greeted us as soon as we pulled up and the pass off was quick and easy! Definitely donate here if you can!

Came across this location while I was searching for a drop off location. Pulled up, the doors open and a man helped take the donations out of my trunk and brought them in the building himself. He was very friendly and it was so fast and convenient. Will definitely use this drop off from now on.
