The waitress was superb. Service was excellent. Food just isn't as good Chili's. But still good. The Big Chicken Sandwich was soft but dry. Bun seemed old for a brioche. Fries were endless and I put that to the test. Free ranch where Chili's charges you for each small very small side. When Applebee's were given and huge ramekins. Burger was not as thick as Chili's Smasher burger but the Bacon made up for that. My only complaint would be I asked for no cheese or substitute for cheddar. I received American. Which I hate on burgers. Too salty mucus texture. Waitress overhead me and asked I I wanted it fix. As a retired chef I knew how it would go. They would spray it with water to steam off the cheese and cook it again yo melt the new cheese and really over cook the already over cooked patty. Deep fryer needs to be changed soon too. Lastly, they gave me a real Shirley Temple with a cherry where Chili's just adds grenadine. Enjoy!

Waitress was top notch. Burger was overcooked and crispy. Steak was good. Restaurant needs a remodel for sure. Was hot inside too like the AC wasn’t working.

Service: Mediocre service, never seen someone work there and looks like she hated it.

Atmosphere: really nice, place is clean. No smell.

Food: AWFUL. Ordered the grilled chicken with fries. You know those frozen grilled chicken in walmart with the fake grill marks? Yeap thats EXACTLY what you are getting. With strips of store bought bbq sauce. I know a real fresh grilled chicken when i see one.

Ordered the mac and cheese spicy tenders. Cheese Sauce was so watery i wondered if there was even cheese there. Tenders were good tho.

THANK GOD for the chips and spinach dip, its actually good. But thats about it.

Wont be coming back, save ur money and go to chillis or BJ.

I left a review on their machine to maybe help them improve their dishes.

First off the chef's are terrible! They messed my order up and I came back a few months later and ordered they same thing to see if they got better but NOPE! The 4 cheese mac with honey tenders was terrible again! My noodles where dry so thank God I ordered sause on the side. My tenders had no seasoning/flavor just plain! Im never going here again.

Our family decided to eat dinner at Applebee's for my deceased Mother-In-Laws Birthday today!!! It was son cold, a lot of the guests were complaining!!! There was an elderly lady in there, wrapped in a blanket!!! She looked so uncomfortable!!! I understand it's the summertime, but this was too much!!!

Our party of ten was seated in about fifteen minutes, which wasn't too bad!!! The Server seemed knowledgeable of the menu, had some good recommendations, and seemed pretty upbeat!!! We got our drinks and ordered our food shortly after that!!!

After a while, everyone had their food except my four year old!!! For some reason, his chicken and fries took a long time!!! My lady didn't get the alcoholic beverage she ordered and her sister's chicken Nuggets were very hard!!! She asked the Server why and she said the oil was probably old!!! 🤯🤯🤯 At that point, the order was not edible and she didn't want to wait for another one!!! I had the Bourbon Chicken with Brocoli!!! I substituted the Mashed Potatoes, but if I would've known I was only getting about three pieces of Brocoli, I wouldn't have!!!

All-in-all, this experience wasn't the greatest and I'm not sure when we'd be back here!!! It was so cold, some of the food was like warm and none of the cheese melted in any of the noodles!!!

Haven't been here for awhile decided to come in for Valentine Day with my husband. Was a little bomb out because they were out of the one thing a came here for which is the wonton taco. But overall we had a great time. Thumbs up to our server Isazah. He was on point on our order and made sure we had everything we needed by checking up, not haven't us trying to wave him down. Do recommend.

This was our first time here. We ordered garlic boneless wings for appetizers. Quesadilla burger with fries, mushroom Swiss burger with fries for entree. Strawberry lemonade and captain Morgan shark bowl (I think) for drinks. Overall food was great. The captain Morgan shark bowl drink was too sweet. Although our nice server warned me. It said, tropical that’s why I ordered it. I thought I’d taste something fruity. More like a slurpee/slushy from any gas station or convenient store. Anyways, I will not order that drink again.
